Alex's hideout is a camouflaged pit on the Hydra Island. Alex brought Kate and Sawyer to it so they could hide from Pickett, Ivan, and Jason when they were being chased after having escaped the cages area. ("Not in Portland")

The hideout is similar in style to Rousseau's camp, in that they are both underground shelters with ceilings made from a bamboo frame filled with foliage. It is still unknown how large it really is or whether there are more scattered around the Hydra Island that have not yet been shown.
