DHARMA Initiative playing cards can be seen being used on and off the Island.

• When Libby is in need of polysporin, Jack plays poker against Sawyer with these cards to win back the medication. The rear of the cards features the logo of the Swan station. ("Lockdown")
• Playing cards with a swan, very similar but not identical to the one in the Swan logo, were seen aboard the salvage ship Christiane I. (Find 815)
• Charlotte Lewis tests fellow freighter team member Daniel Faraday's memory using three of these playing cards, which are the Queen of Diamonds, the Six of Clubs and the Three of Spades. ("Eggtown")
• Daniel at first thought that the third card was the Ten of Hearts, but instead it was the Three of Spades. ("Eggtown")
• The Seven of Spades appears on a painting in Aaron's room. ("Eggtown")
• Another card is in the same painting in Aaron's room, and can be barely seen behind the Seven of Spades. It appears to be the Queen of Hearts. ("Eggtown")
