Federal Agent, portrayed by Shawn Lathrop, is a character introduced in "Left Behind". He, along with Edward Mars, attempted to arrest Kate during her attempts to speak to her mother. However, the woman whom they believed to be Kate was actually Cassidy, acting as a double for Kate. Cassidy claimed to them that she was just "sellin' Bibles."("Left Behind")
