Frank's voice is one of the whispers in the jungle that says among other things "It'll come back around."
Duckett is a figment of Sawyer's imagination, and his whispers are Sawyer's subconscious haunting him, even though the murder was all orchestrated in Sawyer's imagination.
The boar was the monster. The monster was testing if Sawyer would overcome his desire of revenge, which was the reason Frank Duckett was killed. Since Sawyer let the boar go, he passed the test.
