Isabelle Cherwin played the little girl, what may have been a vision of Jack's, in an unaired deleted scene from the episode "A Tale of Two Cities". This character was also visible in promotional photography for this episode. This is Cherwin's only role to date in a television show or film. Cherwin appears in this scene in the "Deleted Scenes" section of the Lost: The Complete Third Season (DVD).
