Jackface is a Lost related slang term referring to Jack Shephard.
To quote the entry from UrbanDictionary.com on Jackface:

A term used to describe the contorted facial expression Matthew Fox's character, "Jack Shephard", makes when he is angry, yelling, or just plain acting crazy on the television show "Lost". | ” |
e.g. "Did you see that Jackface Jack made when he was screaming last night on Lost?"
Fans have created a Lost drinking game centered on Jackface. When someone notices one, they call out "Jackface!", and all fans playing must take a drink of their beverage.1
Whilst Jackface is a popular Lost internet meme, the fans mean no disrespect towards Matthew Fox's portrayal of Jack Shephard.
