Mark Hutton was the bank manager working at the time Kate robbed the bank in New Mexico, in order to get Tom Brennan's toy airplane. He appeared to flirt with Kate a little before the robbery took place, though this was most likely part of Kate's plan to build a connection between he and herself (as she would later pretend to be an innocent victim). After he brought the robbers to the bank vault, he told them to let Kate go, which was when he was told that the robbery was all Kate's plan.
He opened the vault in the bank after Jason threatened to shoot Kate. He brought Kate the bank key to safe deposit box 815.
