Michel's at the Colony Surf is a restaurant, and a location used as a filming location in:

1. 2x03, "Orientation" as the restaurant where Locke proposed to Helen. [1]
2. 2x19, "S.O.S." as the restaurant at Niagara Falls where Rose reveals her terminal illness to Bernard. [2]

Michel's is located in Honolulu at 2895 Kalakaua Ave. Niagara Falls were added with a bluescreen on the windows. No restaurant actually exists at Niagara Falls at the location as indicated by the view. (Ref: 1, 2, 3)
