- Rafferty's only other role outside Lost was in "Have a Nice Death" as Coroner #2.
- He could actually be a lawyer (a Stephen J. Rafferty can be found on Findlaw.com working just outside Honolulu, Hawaii - where the show itself is filmed).
- Actually, that's the guy... went to law school after he got out of the Navy in Pearl Harbor, where he served on the USS Honolulu (attack sub).
