DAB on this page and "The Constant"

Why does the DAB on this page say "Constant" redirects here when the page is entitled "Constant" and the DAB on "The Constant" say "The Constant" redirects there when that's the title of that page? A page cannot redirect to itself. And unless I'm mistaken, I believe the rules dictate "Constant" and lowercase "constant" should redirect to "The Constant" (since the word "the" in titles aren't operative and the episode gets precedence over the concept) and the episode page should have a DAB that says "'Constant' redirects here. For the fixed value, see Constant (fixed value)" while this page shouldn't need a DAB at all. If that's not correct, the DABs on both pages are still somewhat silly and should be fixed to leave out the "'Constant' redirects here..." and "'The Constant' redirects here..." parts and just contain the "...For the episode..." and "...For the fixed value..." parts. --macosx 14:37, 3 April 2008 (PDT)

"Redirects here" isn't to be taken literally in this case. It's an artifact of the {{otheruses}} template. You might want to propose any suggested changes over on that template's talk page. Robert K S (talk) 19:13, 3 April 2008 (PDT)
