Pease sign talk pages
Hi, please remember to sign talk pages using four tildes (~~~~) or by using
in the edit toolbar. -- Graft talk contributions 19:32, 9 March 2008 (PDT)
- Please sign your messages to talk pages. This reminder is with regards to your recent edit to Talk:Meet Kevin Johnson. Also, it's helpful to add a subject heading divider using double equals signs ==Like this== when starting a new topic, like your message to that page was. Robert K S (talk) 19:32, 23 March 2008 (PDT)
- Hi. With reference to your recent post to Talk:Freighter mercenaries, please don't forget to sign your messages to talk pages. Cheers, Robert K S (talk) 18:51, 29 April 2008 (PDT)
Your comment moved
I moved your post on Talk:Meet Kevin Johnson to the article's Theory talk page. Article talk pages should be reserved for discussion about article improvements. Cheers, Robert K S (talk) 19:25, 24 March 2008 (PDT)
Recent Changes
I saw in the recent changes that you have been editing your user page a lot. This isn't a problem, that is what your user page is for! The only reason I mention it is because you did about 15 edits, and they all showed up in the changes page, and it was kinda spammed. (I am guilty of this myself, too. See my talk for proof.) The recent changes page is typically watched by users to see various edits on the wiki. Your editing kinda- clogged the page. My suggestion is that you enter the code you think is ok, then hit the "Show preview" button. It DOES NOT save your work, but shows you what it would look like if it was saved. There you can see problems and fix them. I find it makes things much more efficient when I edit. You only have to save once. And by the way, you are right. - Portals? There is a "Portal of Portals" page in lostpedia. It is Portal:Browse. If you ever need it again, it is on the main page under "All Portals".
- I'm confused. What kind of portals are we talking about? The portals like the ones on your user page? --Rhcm123|talk|contributions 18:29, 13 May 2008 (PDT)
- Ahh, those portals. I actually really don't like those, but I will direct you to Sam McPherson who has much experience with them. Cheers!--Rhcm123|talk|contributions 18:39, 13 May 2008 (PDT)
Portals
I think you have it mostly figured out, but here's just some extra knowledge if you want.
Here's the code for portals:
{| width="50%" border="0"
| width="20%" | {{CharPortalAA|image=Insert picture link here|articlename=Insert link here|name=Insert what link will show up as.}}
|}
If you want to upload a new image for a portal, it must be 122x90. Um, if you have any more trouble with portals, just drop me a message! =] -- Sam T C 09:07, 15 May 2008 (PDT)
Secondary protocol
Hey! I've looked over the article, and it looks great. I'm just adding some unanswered questions and fixing some grammar errors, but otherwise, your first article looks great! Great job on it. If you need any more help with anything on the wiki, just let me know. =] -- Sam T C 18:56, 15 May 2008 (PDT)
Kokou?
I don't think there is a mercenary named Kokou. --CTS 17:54, 31 May 2008 (PDT)
- Do you have any pics of these two? That would help. Thanks. --CTS 17:58, 31 May 2008 (PDT)
- No, I believe you. You can upload pics by clicking here. Then just apply them to the appropriate pages. --CTS 18:02, 31 May 2008 (PDT)
- I think McCord is actually LaCour. And Copeland is the rude-face man, who helped Mayhew after the battle of the smoke. --Norden 19:35, 1 June 2008 (CEST)
Copeland and McCord
Ah, thanks. I'd been meaning to create those articles for a while. But they both look good, and I apologize for not responding on time. -- Sam T C 21:39, 1 June 2008 (PDT)
